It seemed like a lot of effort to steal some used tires. Tuolumne County Sheriffs deputies report the chain link fence on the side of Tweedy Tire Service in Jamestown was cut. Investigators think who ever did it was planning on taking old discarded tires, which have little value to the tire firm. It was unknown if anything was taken. Deputies say the suspect also left behind their wire cutters.
