A CHP officer shot and wounded a suspected wrong-way driver in Sacramento over the weekend. Officials say the victim, Norberto Meza, was shot after a brief car chase and crash.
Police say he´s in fair condition at U.C. Davis Medical Center and will be charged on suspicion of resisting arrest and assaulting an officer.
