Sacramento home values lost 30 percent or more the last time state government faced massive budget cuts. But this time around, economists and housing experts say they don´t foresee the same drastic losses that hit the region during the early and mid-1990´s. Analysts expect a continued influx of buyers from the Bay Area and other regions.
