A Tuolumne City man will be brought back to the Motherlode over the weekend to face a charge of having
unlawful sex with a minor. He was jailed on a fugitive warrant in Hobbs, New Mexico, after police there stopped him for a traffic violation last
week.
The man´s name is being with held to protect the identity of his victim. He faces up to 16 years in prison if he´s convicted.
