Deputies Busy as Holiday Approaches

Tuolumne County Deputies are investigating the theft of some cash at a Preston Lane apartment complex. The manager reports a bag full of coins was taken from the laundry room while a service technician was emptying money from the washers and
dryers.

Deputies are also investigating the theft of a computer monitor from the Twain Harte Elementary School staff room, and some damage to an
apartment in Columbia, reportedly from a person who was being evicted.
