A Jamestown man is charged with drunk driving after Highway Patrol officers say he made a U-turn into
the path of an oncoming car. Investigators say 38 year old David Galligher had been pulled over on highway 108 just east of the Highway 120
junction.
A passenger in the other vehicle was treated for minor injuries. Gallagher also had minor injuries.
