Dozens of firefighters are battling an out-of-control blaze near an entrance to Yosemite National
Park.
A state forestry spokeswoman says the fire has burned at least 80 acres in the steep, remote Merced River canyon outside El Portal. No
structures are threatened.
There´s no word on when the fire will be contained.
