Help is on the way for Mother Lode seniors and others with hearing difficulties. The California Telephone
Access Program in Fresno provides free amplified telephone equipment for California residents. To get the service, all you need is a working phone line in your
home and a certificaton signed by a doctor.
The service can also help the sight impaired and those with mobility problems.
