The Sonora Redevelopment Agency has initiated a Facade Improvement Loan Program to address blight
problems in town. The loans are available for commercial store-front improvements for structures in the downtown area.
The loans are to be used for
exterior improvements only, on street elevations which are visible from public spaces or parking lots.
