The public is invited to attend an informational open house this afternoon on the East Sonora bypass
project. Construction on the major improvement begins later this month, and will cause considerable disruption for an extended time.
Cal trans officials
will explain what´s going on and answer your questions from 4 until 8 today, at the Opera Hall on South Washington Street.
