Some Bay Area residents say a popular jelly candy linked to the deaths of three children should still be
sold.
Their reaction comes after the federal government issued a warning that Jelly Yum and Fruit Poppers imported from Asia may be a choking
hazard. The candy is linked to the deaths of two Bay Area
children and a third in Seattle, along with more than a dozen deaths worldwide.
