Flamboyant attorney J. Tony Serra expects to represent one of the men charged with murder in the deaths
of two firefighting pilots in Mendocino County.
The pilots died battling a blaze Richard Mortensen is accused of starting while cooking
methamphetamine. Mortensen is being held without bail on two counts of murder.
