A 30-year-old man was shot in the head yesterday morning after allegedly trying to take marijuana plants
from a home in Ceres. Stansilaus County sheriff´s officials say Grant Mitchell was arrested after allegedly shooting the man with a shotgun.
Mitchell
says he uses marijuana for medicinal purposes.
