Opponents of the controversial Mountain Springs subdivision in Tuolumne County have turned in what they
believe are enough signatures to get the proposed development on the ballot next March.
Bob Dambacher says more than 7,000 signatures were
submitted yesterday. The minimum needed is 2,100.
