The F-B-I says someone broke into a utility truck and stole equipment that´s used to turn on and shut off
water valves in San Francisco. They also took documents that show where those valves are located.
F-B-I spokesman Andy Black says the theft
occurred late last night at an East Bay Municipal Utility District truck parked in Richmond near one of the utility´s water stations.
He says it´s likely a
random theft, but the F-B-I is investigating because of heightened awareness since
