Sales of the drug Cipro are surging in the wake of anthrax scares across the U-S.
Some Bay Area pharmacists say they´ve sold three times the usual amount of Cipro in the few
weeks since the anthrax-related death of a tabloid editor in Florida. But doctors warn against unnecessary use or hoarding.
