A 65 year old Coulterville woman is dead, after she lost control of her car on Highway 49 Tuesday afternoon. The CHP reports Anita Naftel´s car left the road two miles north of Highway 132. It struck a concrete drainage culvert. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
