Solar power won overwhelmingly in San Francisco elections, but other races are still too close to call today.
Among them are a ballot measure that would let the city seize P-G-and-E´s transmission lines.
Solar-friendly Proposition B won with 73 percent of the vote. It allows the city to issue a 100 million dollar revenue bond to build solar and wind power systems.
