A small company in the Mojave Desert has tested a rocket powered plane that could lead to larger aircraft capable of hurtling tourists to the edge of space. Xcor Aerospace´s E Z Rocket streaked off a Mojave Airport runway today in a demonstration flight for about 100 spectators.
