Tuolumne County Supervisors have taken the action necessary to put the controversial Mountain Springs development project on the March ballot.
The petition was accepted unanimously with more than 7-thousand signatures callng for the election. Supervisors are still divided on the project itself, and the original decision to approve a scaled down version of it.
