A judge in San Rafael says serial rapist Patrick Ghilotti must be released unless the state comes up with new evidence today. Ghilotti was the first man to successfully complete the state´s sexually violent predator treatment program. He will be released tomorrow unless state officials offer new proof he should remain in custody.
