Firefighters estimate damage at about $95,000.00 in a fire that destroyed a garage, and partially damaged a home on Parrotts Ferry Road.
CDF/Tuolumne County firefighter Deborah Fish says family members heard an explosion in the garage, and quickly removed their vehicles while firefighters were enroute shortly before 4:00 this morning. Flames spread to the roof of the home before the fire was controlled. Mop-up operations continued through the morning. No one was hurt.
