Ellie Nesler will be arraigned tomorrow in the Tuolumne County Superior Court on drug charges stemming from an arrest in September. Prosecutors from the State Attorney General´s office pursued the case after Nesler´s preliminary hearing two weeks ago, filing an information brief containing the charges. She is expected to enter a plea of innocence.
The arraignment begins at 8:30 a.m. in Department two.
