Jamestown, CA — The Tuolumne County Planning Commission will decide whether to issue a site development permit for a 9,100 sq. ft. retail building.
It would house a Dollar General store, and be located off Highway 108 in Jamestown. The building would sit on a 3.9 acre piece of property about 750 ft. south of the Rawhide Road intersection. The Planning Commission will look at the layout of the site, examine the access onto Highway 108, and decide whether the building is consistent with the Jamestown design review guidelines.
The meeting will begin at 6pm on Wednesday, August 21st. The Planning Commission is the decision making group, but the vote could always be appealed to the full Board of Supervisors.
