Stanislaus National Forest, CA — The Stanislaus National Forest issued an updated on the Rim Fire Closure for the Groveland and Mi-Wok Ranger Districts.
Forest Service Spokesperson Jerry Snyder says, “This Forest Order reduces the area closed under the previous Forest Order.”
The previous order on September 12th opened areas in the north section of the forest to allow access to Crabtree Road. This new order is in effect from today until September 27, 2014.
