San Andreas, CA – The Sobriety/Driver License Checkpoint on State Route 49 in Angels Camp conducted this Friday screened 344 vehicles. The check was conducted on Friday, September 27, by the California Highway Patrol San Andreas Area office and Angels Camp Police Department.
The check point was conducted between the hours of 8 pm and 12:30 am. Out of the 344 vehicles that were screened 10 drivers performed Field Sobriety Tests. No arrests for driving under the influence were made. Two people were cited for driving un-licensed.
