The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for the Sierra Nevada above 9000 feet, through noon on Wednesday.
Winds of thirty to forty-five mph will continue with gusts up to sixty-five mph.
Gusty winds can cause falling trees and branches. Use caution near forested areas.
