There is a massive power outage stretching from Stockton in San Joaquin County to San Andreas in Calaveras County to Jackson in Amador County.
PG & E Spokesperson Nicole Liebelt says, “Approximately 98,000 customers in the eastern portion of Stockton area all the way up to the Foothill region are out of power. We are currently working to identify the cause of the outage as well as to provide restoration information. We have all hands on deck working to fix the problem.”
Most of the lights went out in Calaveras County after two this afternoon. The power went out in Stockton around 12:40 pm. Liebelt says there is no estimated time of when the power will be restored. We will bring you more information as soon as it is available.
