Tuolumne County, CA – All the Mother Lode mountain passes are closed this morning due to snow. Caltrans closed Highway 108 Sonora Pass at Kennedy Meadows at 4:00 yesterday afternoon. Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass was closed at the Mount Reba turnoff at 10 pm last night. Yosemite National Park officials shut down Highway 120 Tioga Pass at Crane Flat at 8 pm last night.
Caltrans says as of now, the highway 108 and 4 passes are not closed for the winter and will reopen as soon as the passes are suitable for motorists to travel the roadways.
