Officer Involved In Crash

Angels Camp, CA — Over the weekend, an on-duty Angels Camp Police Officer was involved in a solo vehicle accident.

The Police Department reports that it occurred early Sunday morning on Highway 4 near Vallecito Bypass Road. The Angels Camp PD reports that the officer, “suffered injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital.”

The PD reports that the accident remains under investigation, and no further information is available at this time.
