Washington D.C. — Senator Tom Berryhill honors those who have given their lives serving the country this Memorial Day.
In his new myMotherlode.com blog he says, “Those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom were husbands, wives and children of our fellow Americans. We commemorate their service and grieve with the families they left behind.”
Sen. Berryhill’s message briefly mentions the recent issues in Washington stating, “As Americans we have a continuing commitment to our veterans and their families.”
