Volunteers For TCVB State Fair Booth

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau (TCVB) is ready for their largest consumer event of the year: The California State Fair in Sacramento.

TCVB is now looking for volunteers to help staff the Tuolumne County booth. Marketing Consultant for TCVB, Bruce Tepper, writes about the opportunity in his new blog. He notes the most common questions volunteers are asked are; “How do you pronounce, Tuolumne?” and “Where is Tuolumne County?”

Tepper says, “Tourism is the largest private sector employer in Tuolumne County and contributes over $191 million to our economy each year. Visitors make it possible for us the have the wide range of restaurants and activities our area offers as well as creating local jobs.”

More information is in the blog “The California State Fair is Right Around the Corner” in the community blog section here.
