Sheriff Investigating Valley Springs Incident

Valley Springs, CA — A student reported that she was approached by a man at Valley Springs Elementary that tried to persuade her into his vehicle.

The female student refused, and the man reportedly drove away. The incident happened at 4pm on July 30.

The Sheriff’s Office says the man was described as a white male, 30 years of age, medium build, and blond hair. He drove a light blue Chevrolet, extended cab, two wheel drive pick-up truck. Anyone with information can contact the Sheriff’s Office at 209-754-6500.
