Twain Harte, CA — A Twain Harte man has been sentenced to 19-years in prison on child pornography related charges.
As part of a plea agreement, 63-year-old Curtis Benjamin Hults admitted to four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and one count of receiving child pornography. Between 2008-2012, Hults created images of four different minors engaging in sexual conduct. He also downloaded from the internet over 600 images of minors engaged in sexual conduct.
The sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge Anthony W. Ishii in a federal court in Fresno. Hults will also receive lifetime supervision following his release.
The case was investigated by the FBI, Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office, Visalia Police Department and the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office.
