Yosemite, CA — Visitors get in free to Yosemite in honor of the National Park Service’s 98th Birthday. Entrance fees will be waived this Monday, August 25 for Founder’s Day. The National Park Service was established on August 25, 1916.
“Late summer is a wonderful time to visit Yosemite National Park,” stated Don Neubacher, Superintendent. “This is a great opportunity to visit America’s national parks, celebrate the birth of the National Park Service, and explore public lands.”
One note, it is free to enter the park, but all camping, lodging or activities in the park will still cost you.
