Columbia, CA — The CHP is conducting traffic control near Sawmill Flat Road and Parrotts Ferry Road as a search is underway for a missing woman.
The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office reports that she is identified as 63-year-old Kathy Fiore. She left a home in the 22000 block of Sawmill Flat Road on Monday at 11:15am, and has not been seen since. She is 5’3″, 158 lbs, and has short blondish/gray hair. She walks with the help of a cane. She is from Southern California and has been visiting family members in Tuolumne County.
Expect activity in that area, and be prepared for traffic delays. The CHP notes that there is a search dog in the area that is assisting. We’ll pass along more details as they come into the news center.
