Sonora, CA — It is the final week of the high school football regular season, and we will soon know which teams are moving onto the playoffs.
Sonora High School is guaranteed a playoff berth after clinching the Mother Lode League championship last Friday night. The Wildcats are on a bye week, and will learn later this weekend, who they will meet in round one of the playoffs on November 14.
Both Summerville High and Calaveras High need wins tonight for a chance to move onto the postseason. Summerville High has its homecoming game against Linden, and Calaveras High will host Amador.
