Vehicle Accidents Across Mother Lode

Sonora, CA — The roads are wet this morning, and several accidents are being reported across the Mother Lode.

The most notable thus far is on Highway 108 near the Tulloch Dam Road intersection. A vehicle has rolled onto its roof and is blocking an eastbound lane. An ambulance is responding, so travel with caution in the area.

A vehicle has hit a deer on Highway 108 at Chicken Ranch Road. Traffic is still moving freely in that portion of Highway 108.

A vehicle has driven off Highway 49 near Redhill Road in Calaveras County. No one was hurt in the accident and traffic is getting through the area.

Also of note, some type of utility pole is down in the area of Highway 108 near J-59. It is not blocking traffic.
