Angels Camp, CA — Emergency crews are on the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 4 in Angels Camp. CHP spokesperson Rebecca Myers says, “An elderly man has been injured in the accident and paramedics are administering CPR. I do not have any other information on victims at this time.”
The wreck happened around 4:30 p.m. west of Pool Station Road. CHP reports all lanes are blocked at this time. We will bring you more information as soon as it comes into the News Center.
Update 4:50 p.m.: The CHP reports it is a US Foods semi and a Chevy pickup that have crashed. Highway 4 Eastbound traffic is being diverted onto Pool Station Road.
Update 5 p.m.: The CHP reports one person is dead in the accident.
