Sonora, CA — There are some power outages scattered across the Mother Lode this morning. PG&E reports 220 customers are without power in the Apple Valley area. There are reports of a downed power line, and customers are without electricity in areas along Upper Hillview Drive, Apple Valley Drive, Lake Vista Drive, Brook Drive and areas nearby. PG&E is hoping for full restoration by 1pm.
There are 106 customers without power in the Cold Springs area, impacting residents that live on streets such as Trinity Drive, Mariposa Drive, Utah Drive and Kerns Drive. The cause of the outage is under investigation, but PG&E is hopeful that those customers will be restored by 12:45pm.
In addition, there are approximately a dozen customers without power in areas higher up off Highway 108, notably in the Pinecrest area. Those customers should also be restored by early afternoon.
