Comcast Internet Interruption

Sonora, CA — Some Comcast internet customers in Tuolumne County were without service for about an hour-and-a-half.

It impacted enterprise level fiber-optic customers, which are primarily larger businesses.  Comcast has reported that it was due to some type of cut in the fiber line, but the exact details are not clear. The outage did not impact basic residential customers.
