Sonora, CA — Superintendent of Schools Margie Bulkin will talk about education in the county, and give her opinions on several topics.
Bulkin will be the guest on this weekend’s Mother Lode Views. She was elected this past year to take the position of the retiring Joe Silva. Bulkin will talk about various topics, including the role of the Superintendent of Schools in Tuolumne County. She will also speak about recent changes in education related to the transition to California’s new common core curriculum. In addition, she will weigh in on the recent debate in the community regarding the idea to unify or reorganize the various school districts.
