San Andreas, CA – A new Calaveras County Superior Court Commissioner will be sworn in on Monday.
The ceremony for newly appointed Commissioner, David Sanders, will be held in Courtroom 1 at the Calaveras County Courthouse in San Andreas at noon. Sander’s is a graduate of U C Davis School of Law and a state bar member since 1987. Much of his career has been as a defense civil litigator.
Earlier in his career, he had his own practice for four years. In 1994, he began serving as a Judge Pro Tem of the Sacramento County Small Claims Court and in El Dorado County’s Dispute Resolution Conference program. He has also served on arbitration panels for Amador, Calaveras, San Joaquin, Placer, and Nevada Counties. Additionally, Sanders has worked as a private mediator/binding arbitrator.
