Copperopolis, CA — The CHP has released new information about the rollover accident that occurred yesterday morning on Highway 4, near O’Byrnes Ferry Road.
Timothy Talboy, 59, was driving the 2006 Kenworth truck and was in the process of turning onto the Highway 4. The truck drifted off the right side of the roadway and onto a dirt shoulder. The trailer rolled onto its side and some of the load spilled onto the highway. One-way traffic control was in effect for two and a half hours while the incident was cleaned up, and repairs made to the highway. Talboy, of Citrus Heights, was not injured.
