Sonora, CA — Heading toward the 4th of July weekend, gas prices are on the decline.
The Lundberg Survey puts the nationwide average at 2.85 for regular unleaded, which is a two cent drop over the past two weeks. Gas is more expensive in California, with the highest average price for a large city being San Diego, about sixty five cents above the national average.
The myMotherLode.com gas price section shows the price of regular unleaded in Sonora ranging from 3.05 to 3.21. The price in San Andreas ranges from 3.03 to 3.15. Reviewing statewide statistics, regular unleaded is selling as low as $2.81 at an Arco station in Rancho Cordova. The highest price is at Chico’s in South San Francisco, selling regular unleaded for $5.03 a gallon.
