Sonora, CA — The T.U.D. Board will review a proposed 5-year Capital Improvement Plan that includes nearly $25-million in water and sewer projects.
It is on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting. It includes $18-million in water projects and $7-million in sewer projects. Included in the comprehensive list is replacing 39,000 linear ft. of water mains, dredging 300,000 cubic yards of sediment from Phoenix Lake, constructing three new storage tanks, building two new pump stations, repairing 2,900 linear ft. of ditch, etc.
In addition, the Board will review the June 30th Finance Report, and hear how the district is moving along when it comes to revenue and cash flow.
At the end of the meeting the Board will break into closed session to evaluate applicants for the open General Manager position. The district is hoping to have a finalist chosen within the next 30 days.
Tuesday’s meeting starts at 5:30pm in the T.U.D. meeting at 18885 Nugget Blvd.
