Stockton, CA — Caltrans plans work along six Mother Lode highways next week.
In Calaveras County, on Highway 4 next Monday through Thursday, drainage work will continue; this time between Avery Hotel Road and Lakemont Drive, as well as between Salt Springs Trail and Sherman Acres. Both work zones will be in place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should anticipate ten-minute delays.
In Valley Springs, round-the-clock improvements continue along the right shoulder between Pine Street and Cosgrove Creek, with possible five-minute delays to motorists. For related work on Highway 26, between Nove Way and Highway 12, expect ten-minute delays.
Along Highway 49, Monday through Thursday, shoulder work between Deer Creek Road and Buckskin Way from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. may set motorists back five minutes or so. In Tuolumne County, Wednesday only, along Highway 49, utility work is planned between Shaws Flat and Mountain Brow roads from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., which may also generate brief delays.
On Highway 108, between Soulsbyville Road and the County Dump Road, next Monday through Thursday expect five-minute delays from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m., as crews attend to fence work.
Along Highway 120 next week Caltrans plans to set up several Monday through Friday work zones. Crews will be doing drainage work from 8 a.m. until noon between Grizzly and Old Priest Grade roads. From 6 a.m. until 5 p.m. they will also be working between South Fork Tuolumne Bridge and Golden Arrow Road and between the bridge and the West Boundary of Yosemite National Park. Additionally, pavement work, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. will be underway between Hardin Flat Road to west of Evergreen Road. Motorists traveling through any of these zones should anticipate ten-minute delays.
