Sonora, CA — After being closed due to yesterday’s high country snow, Highway 108 Sonora Pass re-opened this morning.
It closed at 4pm Thursday and was back open by 9am this morning. All of the other area mountain passes are also open for weekend travel, including Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass and Highway 120 Tioga Pass.
Caltrans officials were not immediately available for comment this morning in regards to how much snow fell yesterday. The closure had taken effect at Kennedy Meadows.
