Update: Power Restored For Confidence Customers

Update at 7pm: PG&E reports the power has been restored to all 91 customers in the Confidence area of Tuolumne County that have been with out electricity since just before 4 p.m.

Update at 5:45pm: PG&E has revised the estimated time of repair to 7:39 p.m.

Original Post at 5:30pm: Confidence, CA — More than 90 PG&E customers are in the dark this evening in Tuolumne County.

The company reports those without lights are in the Confidence area south of Sugar Pine along Cofill Road, off Highway 108. PG&E crews are on the scene working to repair the problem. The company reports a foreign object caused the outage but give no further details. The electricity went out just before 4 p.m. The estimated time of repair 5:45 this evening.
