Sonora, CA — The T.U.D. Board of Directors will hear several presentations.
At Tuesday’s meeting the board will hear a report on the 2015 district audit, as well as the quarterly finance report. In addition, the board will vote whether to formally schedule a public hearing for November 17th regarding planned rate increases. The minimum current monthly fixed charge for water customers is $36.38, and it would increase gradually over the next five years. It would go up to $47.50 in 2016, $52.50 in 2017, and up to $64.50 in 2020.
In addition, there will be an update provided on water supply from an operational standpoint. Tuesday’s meeting starts at 5:30pm in the district meeting room at 18885 Nugget Blvd. You can watch live video in the multimedia section of myMotherLode.com.
